Vivien Balogh Celebrates 1 Year with Stafforce!
Today, we celebrate the first work anniversary of Vivien Balogh, Account Coordinator for our Managed Services team in Hull. We sat down with Vivien this week to discuss her journey within Stafforce so far and explore her ambitions moving forward.
What’s been the highlight of your first year with Stafforce?
“The highlight has been gaining valuable experience in account coordination and working with a great team. I’ve enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the role and seeing how my work contributes to the bigger picture.”
How has your role evolved since you first joined?
“At first, I was focused on understanding the processes and getting familiar with the systems. Over time, I’ve taken on more responsibilities, improved my problem-solving skills, and become more confident in handling challenges.“
What’s one thing you’ve learned about yourself in the past year?
“I’ve learned that I’m highly adaptable. Whether it’s managing multiple tasks, solving unexpected issues, or working under pressure, I’ve grown a lot in my ability to stay organized and efficient.”
If you had to describe your first year in three words, what would they be?
“Challenging, rewarding, and insightful.”
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received since starting?
“Take things one step at a time.” It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, but focusing on priorities and tackling tasks methodically has made a big difference in my productivity and confidence.”
