Celebrating 15 Years with Eliza!
To kick off the new year, we were thrilled to celebrate Eliza’s incredible 15-year anniversary with Stafforce! To mark the occasion, we sat down with her to reflect on her journey so far, the milestones she’s achieved, and her thoughts on what the future holds. Here’s what she had to say:
After 15 years, what’s kept you passionate about your role at Stafforce?
It’s the people—my incredible colleagues, amazing clients, and inspiring candidates. They’re what keep me motivated and excited every day.
How have you seen the industry evolve over your time here, and how has Stafforce adapted?
The recruitment industry has transformed massively, especially with technology. Jobs used to be advertised in newspapers, and now everything’s online—you can apply for roles with just a click. Social media has become a big part of how we connect with candidates and clients too. Stafforce has stayed ahead by investing in new systems and training for our people, making sure we’re always ready for the next challenge.
If you could give your younger self one piece of advice from your 15-year journey, what would it be?
Stay calm and work hard on achieveing that bonus!
Are there any specific milestones or achievements over the years that stand out as defining moments?
Definitely my career progression—it’s something I’m really proud of. But more than that, having a fantastic and happy team is a huge achievement for me. Seeing the team thrive is the best part of it all.
If you could have a celebrity join your team, who would it be and why?
Beyoncé! She’s not just an incredible performer and talented artist, but also a phenomenal businesswoman. Plus, who wouldn’t want Queen Bey on their team?
