Each month, we ask our teams across the UK to nominate their ‘Employees of the Month’

He was nominated because he has been grafting for us every day and now in the very cold weather. He is so dedicated that he bikes from Gainsborough to work and is always on time. He never complains, even though he is cold, wet, and dirty. He is always very happy and very helpful.
