Our Colleagues of the Month - June/July

Each month, we ask our teams across the UK to nominate their ‘Colleagues of the Month’

Join us in celebrating the nominees for June and July who demonstrate a good attitude towards work, are helpful and reliable, work hard and are an asset to their teams.

John Morris

John was nominated because he embodies excellence in his work ethic, is dependable, punctual, and never shies away from a challenge. As well as the fact he proactively takes on any project he can contribute to.

Iliyana Vasova

Iliyana was nominated because she does such a great job. She learns new skills very quickly and always performs at 110%. She is flexible and available for overtime to help with staff shortages on other shifts.

Mark Hallam

Mark was nominated for his efforts as a Tug Driver primarily at ICT. He has been praised for being reliable, safe and knowledgeable. Well done Mark!

Ashu

Ashu is Multi-skilled and a valued colleague at our North Bank ABP Port. He has been recognised for being punctual and hard-working. Congratulations Ashu!

Gary Lambie

Gary was nominated because he is a very reliable colleague. He never lets the team down and constantly shows great initiative within the company. Gary is always seen with a smile on his face, ready to help others and will always go above and beyond to keep on top of his work.

Connor Carter

Connor was nominated because he constantly goes above and beyond his duties every day. He will help any of the new people on site to settle in, always willing to change shifts if we need extra help.

Raju Roka

Raju’s nomination was a result of his outstanding attendance record and commendable work ethics.

Eva Szellar

Eva was nominated because ever since starting with Young’s she has hit the ground running. She is reliable, hardworking and a valued member of the team at Annan. Eva will be leaving us soon to start University but we are hoping she will come back to work during the holidays!

Cheryl Henley

Cheryl was nominated as she is a reliable, polite and kind member of the team in Southampton, most recently going above and beyond in a medical emergency!

Anna Stachowska

Anna’s nomination is a because of her remarkable progress and unwavering positive attitude. Her colleagues and Area Leaders consistently provide glowing reports about her work, leaving no room for doubt. It’s impossible to miss her smile around the workplace!
