Our Nominated Colleagues of the Month - December-February

Each month, we ask our teams across the UK to nominate their ‘Colleagues of the Month’

Join us in celebrating the nominees for December 2023 – February 2024 who demonstrate a good attitude towards work, are helpful and reliable, work hard and are an asset to their teams.

Anzelika Voitiulevic

The reason for her nomination was that she goes above and beyond her job role and
is always available for extra work to fulfil our clients’ needs.

PJ Lay

PJ was nominated because he is extremely hard working with a smile.
He is punctual for his shifts and he embraces each task with enthusiasm. PJ is also a very friendly
team member and helpful to his teammates

Farzana Shah Mohammad

The reason for her nomination was because she is always on time,
taking last-minute overtime and always willing to be flexible to support the business’s needs.
We are very appreciative of her hard work!

Andrew Rennie

Andrew was nominated due to his valuable contributions to Stafforce as our Lead Temp.
As the holiday season approaches, we greatly appreciate his unwavering support and dedication.
Andrew consistently demonstrates reliability, hard work, and the ability to tackle challenges head-on.
He willingly steps in to offer assistance and is highly esteemed by both the Stafforce team and managers alike for his diligent efforts.

Mubasher Nazir

Mubasher was nominated because he is a very reliable colleague who constantly shows great initiative within the company. Mubasher is always ready to go the extra mile to support his team. He will always go above and beyond to make sure all work is done and kept to the highest standard. His dedication is highly appreciated not only by the Stafforce team but the managers in his department.

Roberta Kormilceva

Roberta is new to our team, but from the very first day demonstrated great skills.
She adapted very well to the team and always showed a positive attitude.

Alastair Oxby

Alistair was nominated due to his pleasant and easygoing nature.
He always arrives for his shift with eagerness to complete the job, whichever department he is assigned to.
Alistair remains punctual and never lets the team down.

Karolina Kaminska

Karolina is a very reliable colleague. She never lets the team down and constantly shows great initiative within the company. She is dedicated and hardworking, is very organised and focused on continuously learning and developing best practice to manage routine activities both efficiently and effectively. Karolina will always go above and beyond to keep on top of her work.
