Our Colleagues of the Month - April/May

Each month, we ask our teams across the UK to nominate their ‘Colleagues of the Month’

Join us in celebrating the nominees for April and May who demonstrate a good attitude towards work, are helpful and reliable, work hard and are an asset to their teams.

Bianca Dombeva

Bianca was nominated because she has excelled in her job. Whilst being committed and punctual and has a good work ethic. Bianca also continues to train on new processes along the line.

Owen Thomas

Owen was nominated because he is hard working, has immaculate attendance for every shift and always comes into work with a positive attitude and a smile.

Vasile Cirlan

Vasile, who has worked at Young’s Livingston for 6 years, was nominated because he is a very hardworking individual and never disappoints. Vasile is reliable and always goes the extra mile and brings his can-do attitude at every given opportunity.

Reena Kaur

Reena was nominated because she consistently demonstrates dependability by readily accommodating requests for overtime, even on short notice.

Rafiat Adetona

Reena was nominated because despite how difficult it was, she came in all throughout Ramadan and never once faltered. She managed what time she was able to eat and drink and stuck to those times. Even during Eid celebrations, she chose to come into work to perform her shift. Her dedication is unwavering!

Richard Romero

Richard was nominated because he is committed and punctual with a great work ethic. He keeps himself busy and gets on well with his team. Richard is also spoken very highly of by other members from his line.

Stefan Mosek

Stefan was nominated because he is the true definition of a hard worker that goes above and beyond. He is a highly reliable colleague that always goes the extra mile to help Youngs as well as others. Stefan is always seen with a smile on his face and is happy to come in and help out when needed. We truly are grateful to have Stefan on our team.

Jason Franks

Jason was nominated because he is a valued member of the warehouse department and was selected as the Colleague of the Month due to his outstanding attendance record and his dedicated service since March 2004.
