Our Colleagues of the Month

Each month, we ask our teams across the UK to nominate their ‘Colleagues of the Month’

Join us in celebrating the nominees for February and March who demonstrate a good attitude towards work, are helpful and reliable, they work hard and are an asset to their teams.

Mark Thomas

Mark was nominated because he has consistently been a reliable worker with a ready-to-go smile when you see him with stories to share about his beloved Rugby. He’s flexible with his shifts and will turn his hand to anything. He has an excellent attendance record and is always willing to help us with various roles and departments at BBF.

Betty Thompson

Betty was nominated because she’s a team player and always goes above and beyond, is always first to get prepared before working on a new product and remains flexible to work on any line to suit the business’s needs. She is a go-getter and nothing is ever too much trouble, always helps her team mates during her shifts and is an all-around wonderful person.

Juliao Cabral Ximenes

Julaio was nominated because he consistently exceeds his targets and has a real can-do attitude towards his work. His attendance record is impeccable and is a joy to work with.

Shoukat Hayat Kulli

Shoukat was nominated because of his good attendance and his amazing attitude towards his work. He is hard-working and overall a great team member. Our client always receives good feedback about him and is extremely happy with his performance.

Logan Cox

Logan was nominated because he completed March with 100% attendance. Having only started 11 weeks ago Logan has made a great impression in the Fresh and Produce departments. Management are beyond happy with his attitude to work!

Wanda Dusza

Wanda was nominated because she is a very hard-working and dedicated individual who is now sadly leaving us to relocate back to Poland after being a part of Stafforce for 4 years. She has always gone above and beyond to help the client and us.
