Kickstart Success!

Last year Nicholas Associates Group took part in the Government’s Kickstart Scheme. Employing 16-24 year olds for 6 months or more, supporting them into new jobs and new careers. Some move on to new challenges after those 6 months or can be kept on permanently. We have had a few of our Kickstarters turn into Apprentices or even permanent employees.

At Stafforce Carlisle, there was a unique development. Kickstarter Maddy joined 6 months ago helping with payroll, invoices, screening candidates, general administration and so much more. After the 6 months came to an end, she expressed interest in Payroll and she has since been offered a job with one of Carlisle’s exclusive clients as a Payroll Assistant!

What a success for Maddy and the scheme itself. Well done!
