Job Fair Success!

Stafforce met Jo Payne at the DWP Thetford Job fair on the 13th of October 2021.

Jo had never worked before and was nervous about getting into the working environment. After Ria spoke to her and understood her priorities, she was offered a Factory Operative role at Quorn with an immediate start. Jo initially started with one shift a week to slowly ease herself into the working world.

After four weeks of Jo working with Quorn, she has outshined and excelled tremendously in her new role. But most importantly, she genuinely enjoys her new position and the structured work environment.

With no surprise, Jo has increased her hours as she is enjoying the job! This role has given her the confidence boost she deserves and has allowed her to develop her skills.

She has complete control over the number of hours she works per week, she has full flexibility with her choice of shifts and takes advantage of the free bus service provided by Quorn!
