NAvigate+ Mental Health & Carer Support

NAvigate+ Mental Health & Carer Support

Our NAvigate+ portal holds numerous benefits for our workers, including a wide range of retail and gym discounts and round-the-clock healthcare services. The latest report of 2023 indicates that 78% of you are fully utilising the portal’s potential, which is fantastic.

There are two offerings through NAvigate+ that you may not know about and may help you and your family during a difficult time. Mental health support and carers support.

The mental health support is accessible 24/7 and offers you six free face-to-face counselling sessions per life event. These can also be held online or over the phone (on average 1 session of counselling would cost you £45 without NAvigate+).

The carer support offers 1 free consultation with Tutella for workers who are also carers, of which 20% are. These free consultations can cover expert care advice and bespoke budgeted plans, advice on managing the cost of care and sourcing state/private funding, help on a wide range of legal matters including power of attorney, living wills etc and property support including relocation services.

Meet our South Yorkshire Team!

Say hello to the friendly faces from our Rotherham & Doncaster branches!

This Stafforce team provides recruitment support to people in regions around Rotherham or Doncaster. The team comprises Senior Business Manager Jenny Rice, Recruitment Consultants Megan Hazlehurst, Josh Simcox, Elizabeth Darcy & Caitlin Hales.

Jenny is responsible for driving the team to success across both Rotherham and Doncaster branches. Working alongside the team to support clients and candidates. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys travelling, long walks and going to the gym.

Megan is responsible for service delivery for clients across Rotherham and Doncaster. As the most experienced consultant, she helps Jenny with day-to-day support to help develop both branches. Megan enjoys walking her dog Milo, going to the gym and keeping fit in her spare time.

Josh is responsible for business development in Rotherham as well as providing the best candidates for current clients. You can often find Josh surfing, camping or going to gigs outside the office.

Caitlin is also responsible for business development in the Doncaster area. As well as managing current clients in that location and registering new candidates for work. Caitlin enjoys gaming on the PlayStation and performing karaoke.

Elizabeth looks after the payroll of our workers, as well as compliance, servicing our current clients, registering new workers and offering support to new businesses. Lizzy can be found in her spare time at car meets, modifying cars or going to gigs.

Say hello to our on-site team at Karro Foods!

Stafforce has recently partnered with Karro & FJG. They are a part of the Sofina group, which is also who our client Young’s Seafood, is owned by, so we have a long-term relationship. We currently recruit Production Operatives, Logistics Operatives, Team Leaders, QA’s and Canteen staff, which are ongoing, sometimes with the potential to start a permanent career.

Meet Kasia, our dedicated Support Administrator. Kasia handles tasks such as reconciling wages, general administration duties, assisting with inductions, and maintaining communication with managers. She is also well-versed in compliance and provides support wherever needed. Outside of work, Kasia enjoys quality time with her two children and cherishes her moments of relaxation.

Introducing Alex, our Account Specialist. Alex plays a crucial role in managing the relationship between our clients and workers. He handles bookings, provides excellent customer service to workers and Karro, and takes care of various administrative tasks and reports. Additionally, Alex facilitates meetings and conducts inductions/training sessions. When not at work, Alex enjoys spending time with his family and friends and exploring different dining experiences.

FAQs

Why do the payslips have HIVE360 on them?

Payslips and P60s say HIVE360 because, in the eyes of HMRC, they are the employer if you do need clarity for legal or proof of employment reasons you can request a legal and compliance letter stating this from customer services. Call 0116 478 2077

What is my new PAYE reference number?

Your PAYE reference number is: 120/EB91447.

When will I receive login details for the pension and how much is the minimum contribution?

The current minimum contribution is 5%, you will be contacted by Options Pensions within 12 weeks of employment with separate log-on details, if you lose your log-on details or do not receive them you can request them by contacting workplacepensions@optionspensions.co.uk.

How do I register on the NAvigate+ portal?

The portal URL  – www.navigate.hive360engage.co.uk/. In order to register, you will need to click on the ‘Register’ button and enter both your NI number (without spaces) and Surname, as this information is taken from your payslip in order to create your account. You will only ever have to register once, when this has been done you will need to click on the ‘Login’ button going forward.

When can I view my payslip?

You will be able to view your payslip as soon as you have received your first pay, this will be uploaded to the portal where you will be able to register and log on. Once registered every month/week (depending on the frequency of pay) you will receive an email to inform you a new document has been uploaded to the portal which will be your payslip.

How do I contact customer services?

Customer Services is open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Telephone – 0116 478 2077

What happens to my payslips if I leave the company?

Once you have received your P45 you will have 4 weeks to view, download and save your payslips before the portal will be closed down. However, if you do need a historical payslip you can obtain this from customer services.
