A new awareness film from Stronger Together
This fictional film is based on real-life case studies and addresses exploitation and forced labour in UK warehousing.
Jenny, an experienced recruitment professional with a decade of experience, joined Stafforce in April. As the Senior Business Manager for our Rotherham and Doncaster branches. Jenny is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and financial management of both offices. Her primary objective is to ensure exceptional service delivery while supporting every opportunity for growth and success. Jenny’s career goal is to be the top industrial recruiter in South Yorkshire. Not an easy feat but a challenge she is ready to take on.
At Stafforce we are able to support Warehouse/ Logistics/ Manufacturing & Port recruitment, anything from Order Pickers to Administrators and Customer Service. Both temporary and permanent.
We asked Jenny ‘What is your moto?’ and she said:
“Honesty is always the best policy, own up, we all make mistakes but work hard to resolve them. People buy from people and we are in a people industry, honesty in recruitment is the one thing we should all have!”
Jenny is also a loving wife, stepmother to 3 children and mum to a Border Collie called Cooper. She enjoys going on long walks and working out at the gym in her spare time.
If you require any recruitment support in the Rotherham or Doncaster area, get in touch with Jenny.

Stafforce, part of the Nicholas Associates Group of companies, believe that through collective action and responsible environmental support, we can aid in creating a greener, more sustainable future for generations to come.
We are really pleased to announce that we have partnered with GreenTheUK, and committed to planting 8,000 climate-resilient trees in the UK over the next two years.
We have already planted 4,000 trees this planting season across woodlands in West Sussex, North Yorkshire, and County Down. These carefully chosen locations have been selected in collaboration with the Royal Forestry Society to ensure that the right species of trees are planted in the right places. By doing so, we maximise the chances of survival for these trees, allowing them to withstand the threats posed by climate change.
This is just one project we are taking part in as we look to further reduce our environmental impact as we work towards achieving ISO 14001 management standards.
As mentioned previously, this year we launched Stafforce Training. This new brand provides predominantly health & safety training across the UK. Our course offering is continuously increasing as is the frequency of our courses to meet demand. Following, we have provided you with some upcoming training dates where we still have availability should you wish to attend.
