If you didn’t know, our NAvigate+ app has a well-being section which can be accessed through clicking ‘Health’ on the homepage, then clicking ‘Wellbeing Centre’. This section aims to provide education, support and tools to help you live a healthier and happier life because your wellbeing matters!

This section offers advice on the topics of exercise, nutrition, financial well-being and mental health.

This is a great place to visit if you’re looking to find tips to improve your sleeping pattern, new delicious recipes, helpful articles from experts, free workout videos as well as tips on how to improve/manage your mental health.

Following the Chancellor’s announcement regarding the pay increase for National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage. We wanted to share the figures with you so you understand how you will benefit from this change moving into 2024.

You must be at least school-leaving age to receive National Minimum Wage and those aged 21 and over will now receive National Living Wage.

On 1st April 2024, the following changes will come into action:-

• 21 years old and over will receive £11.44 per hour (increase from £10.18)
• 18-20 years old will receive £8.60 per hour (increase from £7.49)
• Under 18’s will receive £6.40 per hour (increase from £5.28)
• Apprentice’s will receive £6.40 per hour (increase from £5.28). This rate is for Apprentice’s aged under 19 or over 19 in their first year of their apprenticeship

Aimee Stokes, our Business Manager, manages the recruitment for clients in Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks with family.

Raminta Rybnikova, our Senior Recruitment Consultant, focuses on permanent job positions. She enjoys cooking and sharing meals with loved ones, as every dish is an opportunity for culinary exploration.

Harriet Petty is our Recruitment Consultant who handles permanent Industrial and Commercial jobs in the East and West Midlands. She enjoys hiking in the Peak District with her partner and Shih Tzu, Ziggy.

Ben Palmby, our Recruitment Consultant, handles all temporary jobs and enjoys playing in a band, trading cards, and walking his Dachshunds.

Maria Hill is our Recruitment Consultant who manages relationships with our temporary workers and enjoys dining out and spending time with her pets.

Introducing our Southampton Port team!

Meet Rachel Syms our Senior Business Manager, Nikki Leggett our Service Delivery Manager and Jermein Halley our Ports Trainer, who work at our site on Southampton Docks.

Rachel is responsible for working with businesses around Southampton Docks, assisting with their requirements as well as managing relationships with our current clients. Outside of her working hours, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Nikki monitors the service quality we deliver, whilst managing relationships with current clients and workers. During her free time, she likes to unwind and imagine herself enjoying the warm summer weather.

Jermein provides training for our workforce as well our fulfilling our client’s training needs across Southampton Docks. Jermein’s main motivation is spending time with his family outside of work.

Join us in spreading Christmas cheer

Throughout December, we’re organising a shoe box appeal to collect small gifts and useful items for charities in need, to offer extra support. Collecting items such as:-

• Toys – Soft toys, balls, yoyos, skipping ropes, building blocks, playing cards, jigsaws, musical instruments, toy cars, dolls, jewellery, balloons
• Educational – pens, pencils, pencil sharpeners, paper, colouring books, pencil cases, rulers, rubbers, stickers, calculators
• Personal – toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, sanitary products, hairbrushes, combs, shower gel, soap, flannels
• Other – socks, scarves, hats, sweets, torches, football shirts, shorts

Each of our teams has carefully selected a local cause to donate to and will be delivering the boxes before Christmas.
