'Be a Good Egg' Easter Appeal Success

Spreading Easter cheer!

Every year we launch our ‘Be a Good Egg’ Easter Appeal. This initiative aims to give something back to our local communities in partnership with you and our candidates.

Our dedicated team members, across our branches, may have reached out to you, encouraging contributions of chocolate eggs and Easter arts & crafts. The response was overwhelming, showing generosity and community spirit.

2023 Satisfaction Survey Results/2024 Feedback

We highly value your feedback as it helps us improve our services and ensure your well-being. Our team has reviewed all the feedback we received in 2023 and prepared a summary of the results. We appreciate everyone who provided their feedback, as it enables us to identify areas where we need to improve and recognise our strengths.

    91% of our respondents were happy with their working conditions. There does show some minor room for improvement however it's a great start with an average score of 4/5.

    90% of our respondents rated their relationship with their Stafforce contact highly and it shows with an average of 4.20/5. Again, there is slight room for improvement and we will endeavour to ensure this.

    90% of our respondents rated that they are happy partnering with us to help them with their employment. We are really pleased to see this and look forward to continuing to pair them with businesses like yours.
