Our Stafforce team recently moved from Woolwich to a brand new space in Thamesmead. They provide support to South-East London and surrounding areas. The team is made up of Business Manager Ben Roberts, Senior Recruitment Consultant Lynn Lambert, Recruitment Coordinator Julie Geoghegan, Recruitment Consultant Grace Akinwande and Recruitment Consultant Max Bulter.
Ben spends his time keeping fit, has a wide knowledge of all the soft play venues in South East London where he takes his son, explores new places every weekend and satisfies his history fascination with books, videos and museums.
Lynn enjoys walking her dogs, catching up on the latest Netflix series, travelling abroad and road trips in the UK as well as reading her monthly horoscopes.
Grace in her spare time socialises with friends and family at delicious eateries and wine bars, as well as shopping and watching the latest blockbusters. However, she also enjoys spending time resting and putting her entrepreneurial hat on.
Julie gets creative outside of work, with sewing and crafts. Also visits new places, rearranges her house’s Feng Shui, takes part in meditation classes and socialises with friends.
Max, when not doing recruitment, is an Actor and voice-over artist. He is also a heavy metal fan and gig-goer, as well as enjoying video games and the theatre on evenings and weekends.

Stafforce has been recruiting for BBF for over a year, supporting the provision of Production Operatives and more. Our team offer temporary work with opportunities to start a permanent career.
Wad, our Recruitment Coordinator joined Stafforce in March 2022. She mostly processes and inputs all the payroll on a day-to-day basis and often helps complete the daily bookings. Wad enjoys watching documentaries in her free time and discussing them with Justyna.
Justyna, our Account Manager joined Stafforce in May 2022. On a day-to-day basis, she focuses on completing different reports, daily bookings and requests from BBF. Engaging in daily meetings and Justyna enjoys watching documentaries in her free time.
Ahd, our Recruitment Coordinator has recently joined Stafforce to help with inductions on a weekly basis and processes the inductions packs. She is a quick learner and is thoroughly enjoying speaking with candidates. As well as enjoying spending time with her new kitten in her spare time.
