Nick Cragg, a Chartered Civil Engineer, established the business in 1977 after becoming disillusioned by recruitment companies providing him with inappropriate staff. Initially supplying temporary and permanent personnel to the construction industry, the business expanded into other sectors. Nick has strategically directed the business to its current position and still plays a key role in its continuing development.

Since 2000 when he joined Stafforce he has been integral to the growth and expansion of the business, working on a number of strategic acquisitions during this time.

With over 17 years experience of operating in the Government Funded Sector in a senior board level capacity, Paul has a vast experience of engaging with both Public and Private sector organisations, such as DWP, Skills Funding Agency (SfA), Welsh Assembly Government (WAG), Local Authorities, The Ministry of Defence. He has also worked with a number of global blue chip organisations, supporting them in dealing with the complexities of public funded provision. Since August 2011, Paul has been driving the new Stafforce-Workpays TE brand forward, specifically engaging with the DWP Work Programme Prime Contractors and forging a strategic alliance with the Stafforce core business to combine the needs of meeting the Governments agenda of reducing unemployment and supporting Stafforces business growth.
