We currently have 2 exciting opportunities for enthusiastic, motivated and talented Area Telesales Executives to strengthen our Business Development team.
The roles involve making outbound
business to business telesales calls within a defined geographical spread, supporting the branch network and focussing on new areas. You will be required to research the marketplace, follow warm leads, generate new leads, cold call and book appointments with prospective clients.
The right candidate will have experience working in a target driven environment, ideally within the recruitment industry, but any b2b experience will be considered. The right candidate will also have excellent communication skills, strong time management skills, a flexible approach and have the ability to use their own initiative and innovative ideas to achieve results!

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A WORKPLACE CONSULTANT
Strategic Overview:- To establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, partners and employers; understanding and meeting their needs to achieve contract and company
targets.
To provide a professional and cohesive signposting service to local employers, partners and delivery agents.
Core Competencies:- 1 Knowing the Business 2 Producing Results 3 Managing Self 4 Knowledge/Experience
Knowing the Business Be able to understand the needs of both employers and providers and deal with them in an appropriate manner To have read, understood and be able to work in accordance with the output requirements of the Contract Understand how role aides delivery of the Contract Resolve any issues with clients internal and external in a timely manner to ensure positive customer feedback Be aware of competitors activity
Producing Results Organise planned activities to ensure sufficient employers and partners are engaged to fulfil profiled contract delivery at all times Prioritise workload to complete all activities set out by the contracts and Training and Consultancy Manager then record these as evidence of work undertaken on Bond Adapt To be conversant with any computer packages as used in the contracts Fully understand the requirements of partners and providers delivery requirements in terms of provision, sector etc. Liaise with staff and management to ensure a greater understanding of employers business needs and become proactive to employer needs Ensure effective reference checks and relevant paperwork is completed for each employer Produce statistical information for the Contract Business Manager as and when required Monitor brokered referrals to partners and other providers Demonstrate an ability to solve problems Use appropriate evaluation techniques to evaluate client perception Attend any out of hours functions that may benefit the contracts Be able to influence ideas and new concepts
Managing Self Portray drive and determination to employees and partners Manage time effectively to achieve agreed targets Work to our Gold Standards Ensure effective development plan in place for self Demonstrate winning behaviours and promote the mission, vision and values of the organisation
Knowledge and Experience Knowledge of existing support for employers in the region. Knowledge of IT systems such as Adapt, Excel and Microsoft Office packages. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Experience of working in a business2business sales / engagement environment Experience of relationship management, networking and partnership building. Experience of working in a results focused environment.
