Job Description:

Stafforce Personnel are recruiting for a UK based civil engineering and construction specialist. They work in complex and difficult locations with a turnover of £7m and predicted annual growth. Their extensive experience includes but is not limited to, London Underground and other transport projects, providing a wide range of services.

The successful candidate will be part of the Commercial Team and will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of accurate programmes. Responsibilities include :-

oCreate tender programmes
oLabour histograms
oCash loaded/Cash flows
oLabour resource statements/shift patterns
oMaintain resource and cost loaded programmes using P6
oEnsure that all programmes are maintained
o Work collaboratively with the Commercial and Project teams
oAttend progress/project meetings as required, leading on all planning issues
oUpdate cash loaded and cash flow programmes to contract end at required frequency

The ideal applicant will need to have proven planning experience with solid construction/engineering knowledge. Have excellent communication skills, client liaison, planning and time management. Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Packages – predominantly MS Word, Excel and Primavera P6
