Job Description and Requirements

Our Client is looking for a Operations Cell Leader to organise, provide focus and leadership for designnated team, ensure effective managment of all resources, consistently meet production targerts, quality targets and delivery schedules. Adhere and support Health, Safety and Environmental goals.

The Candidate will look after the supervision of employees.
Allocate employees, tasks and resources to plan in order to optimise smooth production and skill base.
On shift moniter any absense and lateness
Act as a first line manager for employees grievances and any other issues of dissatisfaction.
Communicate information to the Team leaders regarding targets, quality process changes etc.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other functions and departments.

Production
Conduct regular 5S audits and ensure that employees are educated in the importance of good 5s.
Conduct visual checks, problem solve and strive for improvments.

We are looking for two cell leaders. one to cover the night shift 6pm until 6am
and another to cover days 6am until 6pm days
These shifts are both working three days on and then three days off.
