Job Description and Requirements

The client is looking for a Team Leader to work within the Production Industry.
To organise, moniyer and support a designated team or line, in the achievement of the plan, meeting production targets and adhering to company standards and procedures.

We have two shifts avaliable

Hours of work would involve working 12 hour shifts on a 3 days on three days off basis. Nights 6pm to 6am.

or 3 days on three days off, days 6am until 6pm

The ideal candidate will be able to manage and motivate the team by giving individual feedback.
Moniter and enforce 100% compliance with all site technical policies and procedures.
Identify workers training needs
To ensure all operations and activities within their remit of control are conducted in a safe manner and in accordance with Site Health and Safety.
Develop and maintain effective working re;ationships with other functions and departments.
