Job Description and Requirements

Experienced Knife Hand/V Boner/Trimmer required for a busy fish processing factory. The skills required for the position are V boning/J Cutting of Cod & Haddock. Experience in the fish industry is essential due to the fast paced environment.The right candidate must be reliable, committed and flexiblie with their hours. Basic hours are 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday 6.30am - 3.00pm. This is a temporary vacancy with the possibility of becoming permanent.
