Order controller required for large national organisation based in Ashbourne. Reporting to the office manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of customer service is achieved through efficient administration and processing of customer orders. Day to day duties will include:
Processing of faxed and phone orders
Dealing with queries from both suppliers and customers
Providing efficient and satisfactory resolutions to complaints
Dealing with invoice queries
building effective and profitable partnerships with customers
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and experience within a similar role. A sound working knowledge of MS office is also essential.
Hours of work are Mon - Fri 8am- 5pm and 8.30 - 5.30pm. Benefits include 25 days holiday, company pension, free on site parking, subsidised canteen and the opportunity to progress and develop within this large organisation.
