Our client, a large national organisation, seek and experienced customer service professional to present a professional and empathetic ''front line'' service to both customers and suppliers.
Day to day duties will include:
Assisting Consumers with all queries
Dealing with and following up on website enquiries and leads
Dealing with complaints - resolving all complaints politely and efficiently
General administartion duties to support the sales department.
The ideal candidate will possess experience within a similar customer service or sales role, excellent communication skills and a sound working knowledge of MS Office.
